What a wonderful opportunity for wind players to collaborate with strings and piano! Wind ensemble directors are thrilled with this concept for their young people. Colleges of major reputation are requesting the Turok Canzone. A recording of this work with The Cleveland Duo and The North Texas Wind Symphony, Eugene Corporan conducting was released in 2000 by Klavier Records.

In April, 2001, The Cleveland Duo, in collaboration with the Cleveland Institute of Music Wind Ensemble, will premier a new work for this combination by Samuel Zyman, which has been commissioned for the Cleveland Duo by a consortium of wind ensembles throughout North America. These two works are available starting with the 2001-2002 concert season. The Cleveland Duo also offers recitals and residencies in conjunction with any appearances as soloists with wind ensemble.
